Add the embed code (common builders)

  Settings → Advanced → Code Injection → paste into Header → Save

• Wix
  Settings → Custom Code → Add Custom Code → All pages → Save → Publish

• WordPress
  Use a header script plugin (e.g. insert header code) → paste into Header → Save → clear cache if used

• Webflow
  Project Settings → Custom Code → Head Code → Save → Publish

• Framer
  Site Settings → Custom Code (Head/Header) → paste → Publish

• Weebly
  Settings → SEO/Header Code (varies) → paste into Header → Save → Publish

Troubleshooting (fast checks)

Widget not showing

• Confirm snippet is in the Header/Head (not just one page)

• Publish site changes

• Hard refresh / incognito

• Disable ad blockers

Leads not appearing

• Confirm widget is visible

• Submit a test enquiry (use realistic details)

• Wait 30–60 seconds and refresh the portal
