Edit Bookings
Whether a booking is updated by your customer online or by your team in the dashboard, the portal updates immediately when the appointment date/time is rescheduled.
Important: If you edit other details (name, phone, address, notes, etc.) without changing the date/time, those changes may not appear in the portal right away.
We’re improving this in a future release so all booking details will sync and be editable directly from the portal.
