How Reviews works

The simple rule
A review request is sent when:

• the job is approved, and

• the scheduled job time is in the past, with a short safety buffer so requests don’t send too early.

Timing
Review requests are checked and sent automatically throughout the day.

Important
If a job is cancelled or not approved, a review request won’t send.
