Setup form

After you sign up you’ll complete an onboarding intake form. We use your answers to configure your OnBooq system.

What we typically collect:

  • Business details (name, phone, email, address/suburb)

  • Services offered (what customers can select)

  • Service areas (where you work)

  • Any preferences or notes you want captured

Tips:

  • Keep service names simple and customer-friendly

  • If you’re unsure about something, fill it out as best you can — it can be refined later
