How Enquiries works

The Enquiry Assistant captures leads from your website 24/7 and stores them in your portal.

Flow:

A visitor uses the website assistant
The assistant collects key details (service, contact info, location, preferences)
The enquiry is saved and appears in your Leads table
You open the lead, copy details, and contact them

If you’re newly live, it’s normal for metrics and tables to be empty until your first enquiries come in.
