Reviews Troubleshooting
If a customer didn’t receive a review request, check these first:

Has enough time passed?
Review requests don’t send immediately after the booking time. They wait a short buffer so the job has definitely finished. -
Is the job approved?
Only approved jobs are eligible for review requests. -
Was it already sent?
Each booking is only sent a review request once. If it’s already marked as sent, it won’t send again. -
Is customer contact info present?
Review requests require a valid customer email/phone (depending on your setup).
If it still looks wrong, contact support with:

customer name + email/phone

booking time/date
-
what you expected to happen
