Reviews Troubleshooting

If a customer didn’t receive a review request, check these first:

  1. Has enough time passed?
    Review requests don’t send immediately after the booking time. They wait a short buffer so the job has definitely finished.

  2. Is the job approved?
    Only approved jobs are eligible for review requests.

  3. Was it already sent?
    Each booking is only sent a review request once. If it’s already marked as sent, it won’t send again.

  4. Is customer contact info present?
    Review requests require a valid customer email/phone (depending on your setup).


If it still looks wrong, contact support with:

  • customer name + email/phone

  • booking time/date

  • what you expected to happen
