How long does setup take? About 2 to 5 minutes. You fill out a form and we generate everything for you.

Do I need to install any code on my website?
No. You get a URL link that you add to your website buttons or menu. If you can copy and paste a link, you can set this up.

Can I customise the questions my customers see?
The system generates questions based on the services you offer. It's built to ask the right questions for pest control and inspection businesses so your leads come through with the info you actually need.

What if I already have a contact form on my website?
That's fine. The estimate system works alongside your existing form. The difference is that customers get an instant price, which means more of them actually complete it compared to a standard contact form.

Do my customers have to create an account?
No. They just answer a few questions and enter their details. No signups or logins for them.

How accurate are the estimates?
They're ballpark figures designed to give customers a rough idea of cost. You can always adjust the final price when you follow up. The goal is to capture the lead, not lock in a price.

Can I use this for pest inspections as well as pest control?
Yes. The system works for both. Your setup form lets you specify the services you offer and the system builds around that.

What happens after my first 10 free leads?
You'll see the paid plan options inside your Estimate Hub. Simple pricing, cancel anytime. But you don't need to worry about that until you've used your free leads and seen how it works.

Can I turn it off or pause it?
Yes. You can deactivate your link anytime from your Estimate Hub. No lock-in.

I'm not tech savvy. Can I still use this?
Absolutely. If you can fill out a form and paste a link, you're good. Most business owners are set up in under 5 minutes without any help.
